Role Summary:

Hargreaves Industrial Services is seeking a Demolition Engineering & Business Development Manager to support the growth of our industrial demolition services across Asia. This role combines technical demolition expertise with commercial leadership, focusing on developing opportunities within the power generation sector, building strategic client relationships, and supporting the successful delivery of major demolition and decommissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, develop and secure demolition opportunities within the power generation and heavy industrial sectors.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with power utilities, asset owners, government agencies, consultants and key industry stakeholders.
• Tender & Proposal Management: Lead and support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including demolition methodologies and execution strategies.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, asset retirement programmes and emerging opportunities across the region.
• Technical Leadership: Provide specialist demolition engineering expertise to clients, project teams and business partners.
• Project Support: Assist with project mobilisation, operational planning and the successful delivery of demolition projects where required.
• Strategic Growth: Support the development and implementation of regional growth strategies, enhancing Hargreaves' presence within the industrial demolition market.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience within industrial demolition, decommissioning, or power generation environments.
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of demolition methodologies, project planning and risk management.
• Experience supporting major tenders and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures throughout the Asia region.
