Role Overview: Seeking a Dentist (DDS) to provide comprehensive dental care in a busy outpatient setting.
Responsibilities: Manage a patient load of approximately 15–18 patients daily, perform crown and bridge work (~3 crowns/day), and conduct general restorative and operative dentistry (excluding endodontics). The practice features CBCT imaging onsite with plans to expand into implant placement.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year of general practice experience required; 3 years preferred. Must be team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed approximately $850/day plus 33% of adjusted production, with expected annual earnings of $200K–$300K+. Malpractice and health insurance are covered, and relocation assistance of $10,000 is provided for a 2-year commitment.
