Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive dental services with support from a dedicated team, utilizing advanced tools such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces, and participating in daily team activities like morning huddles to promote collaboration and patient focus.
Key qualifications involve a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program, valid licensure, and certifications like CPR and DEA. Certification in nitrous oxide is preferred in certain states. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to serving underserved communities.
