Dentist - Sign-On Bonus

Role: Associate Dentist

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and some adults, using advanced dental technology and supporting a team of hygienists and assistants. Engage in team activities like morning huddles, promote a positive community image, and ensure patient satisfaction. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR and DEA certifications, Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable), and a compassionate attitude toward patients.

Key Duties: Deliver patient-focused dental services, utilize digital x-ray and modern dental equipment, and participate in ongoing education. Foster teamwork, uphold professional standards, and contribute to a fun, caring environment.
