The role involves participating in team activities like morning huddles, planning patient care, and fostering a positive patient experience, especially for children.
Qualifications required are a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a valid dental license, and certifications like CPR and DEA. Nitrous Oxide certification is preferred in certain states.
