We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help own, scale, and optimize an AWS/Kubernetes platform supporting mission-critical healthcare workloads.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot AWS EKS/Kubernetes clusters
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Work with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Jenkins
• Manage application deployments using Helm & Docker
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, Linux, and networking issues in production
• Implement IRSA, RBAC, Network Policies, and HIPAA-aligned security controls
• Drive AI-assisted developer productivity and platform tooling
🔹 Required Technical Skills
✅ Strong AWS EKS & Kubernetes experience — troubleshooting, scaling, and upgrades
✅ Expert-level Terraform — modules, remote state, and workspaces
✅ CI/CD, Helm, Docker, Linux & Shell scripting
✅ Karpenter, ArgoCD & Backstage
✅ Healthcare / HIPAA / PHI / Audit Logging experience
✅ Exposure to SOC 2 / HITRUST
✅ Experience with AI/LLM tooling for developer workflows
