Job Description/Typical Task Breakdown
- Design, product development, and problem-solving meetings with suppliers, internal manufacturing, assembly and test teams
- Coordinate and conduct measurement, assembly and test planning
- Disassemble injectors, inspect, measure components after test, and compare results to pre-test condition
- Update engineering technical drawings and coordinate production releasing
- Provide routine progress updates to senior management

Education & Experience
- Years of experience: 2-4 years
- Degree requirement: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
Required Technical Skills
- Structured problem-solving experience / familiarity (8D or similar)
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Close attention to detail, curious, drives to physics-based understanding of the ‘why’ for root cause(s) of issues and component observations
- 3D modeling and engineering drawing detailing experience
- Comfortable working with hand tools, lab equipment (microscope, measurement equipment)
- Familiar with Design FMEA, validation planning and reporting (DVP&R
