Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to be responsible for overall accounting, reporting and audit

Department : Finance & Accounts

Location : Kalpataru Synergy, Santacruz, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Finalization of Balance sheet & Profit/ Loss Statements
• Preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements
• Project profitability analysis.
• Quarterly and Annually RERA compliances
• Preparation of Cost and Tax Audit reports
• Preparing various MIS reports
• Preparation of cash flow reports

Experience - 10 to 15 years

Qualification - CA

Competencies Required:

• SAP Knowledge & Usage
• Working knowledge of IND AS & IGAAP
• Attention to Detail
• Accounting, Recording & Reporting Controls
• Account Documentation
