Seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Pensacola, FL. This full-time position involves applying medical techniques under physician supervision to manage patients with chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to a diverse patient panel.
- Perform physical examinations and review medical histories to develop care plans.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clinical teams via internal platforms.
- Develop diagnoses, impressions, and treatment plans.
- Build trust by consulting with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications and interventions as needed.
- Board Certified with valid NP or PA certification in Florida.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems confidently.
- 1-2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric or hospice patients.
- Competitive salary of $145,000+ based on experience.
