German speaker with proven Sales experience?

Move into B2B Digital Advertising and work with German-speaking advertisers on one of the world’s leading social media advertising platforms.

€1,700–€1,950 gross/month | Mon–Fri | NO shifts | Weekends off

+ 2 additional salaries per year + relocation package

• Office based in modern office in Athens – Neos Kosmos

• Permanent full-time Greek employment contract

What you will do

• Connect with German-speaking advertisers and business owners and open new sales conversations
• Turn new contacts and inactive accounts into real sales opportunities
• Understand each client’s business goals, challenges and advertising needs
• Recommend paid advertising solutions that fit the client’s goals and budget
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers and decision-makers
• Manage follow-ups, pipeline activity and results in CRM
• Work towards clear sales targets in an international B2B environment

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,500 gross/month x14 (including 2 additional salary payments worth €3,000 gross in total)
• Fixed project bonus: €200 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €250 EUR gross/month
• Up Hellas Mastercard: €3 net per worked day

Average monthly gross package: €1,700–€1,950 + 2 additional salaries per year (€3,000) + meal allowance

Requirements

• German at min. C1 level
• Strong knowledge of English (at least B2 level) – for training and internal use
• Minimum 1 year of any kind of Sales experience
• Experience in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Digital Advertising is a great plus!
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business contact
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• You already live in Athens or you are ready to relocate here
• EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
