We are hiring a Spanish-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist who will support small and medium-sized businesses in improving their digital advertising strategy. Your main responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, identifying customer goals, analyzing their digital presence and recommending solutions that help them increase visibility, engagement and conversions. You will apply a consultative approach to guide clients toward the most effective strategies and ensure they understand the value of digital solutions.
This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication skills, the ability to work with targets and the resilience needed in high-volume sales environments. You will manage prospect pipelines, follow structured qualification methods and use insights from performance analytics to recommend improvements. You will collaborate with a multicultural team, participate in ongoing training and contribute to a high-performance sales culture based on transparency, customer value and strategic thinking.
The position requires proactivity, the ability to negotiate and the motivation to create long-term client relationships. You will handle discovery calls, perform demonstrations, manage objections and support clients throughout their digital advertising journey.
