Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize social media content across various channels
Monitor engagement, comments, and community interactions
Support brand visibility and consistency through daily social media activities
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams
Assist with customer-related interactions when necessary (customer service experience is a plus)
Requirements
Fluent in
English
and B2 level
German
Previous experience in social media, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
Ability to work
shift-based
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Creativity and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
EU passaport holder or already in Portugal (with residence card)
