Digital Marketing Manager

Wazakura Japan (Three R Corp Japan) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our internal overseas team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, paid advertising, and e-commerce optimization, with proven experience in scaling DTC brands across North America and Europe.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about Japanese culture and lifestyle brands. You will lead multi-channel marketing strategies, optimize customer acquisition, and drive sustainable growth across global markets.

Responsibilities

· SNS Marketing: Build and execute strategies for IG, TikTok, YT, and Pinterest targeting US/EU markets

· Paid Advertising: Plan and manage Meta and Google with data-driven optimization.

· CRM & Email Marketing: Design lifecycle campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.

· Content Strategy: Develop content calendars and collaborate with designers.

· Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR), generate insights, and continuously iterate.

· AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.

· E-commerce Optimization: Manage and optimize Shopify storefronts and Amazon Seller Central

· Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships for affiliate and ambassador programs

What We’re Looking ForExperience

· 3+ years in digital marketing within DTC/e-commerce (in-house or agency)

· Proven track record of scaling brands from small to significant market presence

· Experience with at least 2 of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

Skills · Proficiency in:

o Analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Analytics)

o Ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads,TikTok Ads, Bing Ads)

o Email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

· Bonus skills:

o Video content creation/editing

o AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E)

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

· Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization

Other Requirements

· Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

· Japanese language skills are welcome but not required

· Experience with:

o Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest)

o E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy)

· Familiarity with US and EU e-commerce market trends

· Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

· Non-Japanese nationals only

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in:

o Marketing

o Digital Marketing

o Communications

or a related field

· at least 3+ years of relevant industry experience

· A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign success
