We are working with a leading international technology company to recruit a German-speaking Digital Solution Representative to join its sales team in Krakow, Poland.
The role focuses on managing existing customer accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and providing consultative solutions that help customers maximise the value of their digital advertising products.

- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
- Contact existing customers to provide consultations and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Support customers in adopting new marketing strategies and implementing campaign recommendations.
- Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, and email follow-ups.
- Analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and productivity goals.
- Resolve customer challenges through effective problem-solving and consultative selling.
- Contribute to overall business growth and customer satisfaction.
- German language proficiency at B2+/C1 level, both written and spoken.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Strong sales aptitude and a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with digital tools.
- Willingness to live in or relocate to Krakow, Poland.
