Digital Workplace Engineer

Role: Digital Workplace Engineer (SharePoint & Power Platform)

Location: Singapore

Experience required: 3-5 years

What you’ll do:

• Support migration of sites, libraries, permissions, and workflows from legacy SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Run migration and validation tasks using ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and access permissions.
• Build practical Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for day-to-day business processes.
• Develop lightweight custom components using JavaScript / TypeScript / SPFx where needed.
• Work directly with business users on requirement validation, user guides, and post-migration support.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
• Practical exposure to SharePoint migrations (ShareGate / Microsoft Migration Manager preferred).
• Hands-on experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Basic coding skills in JavaScript or TypeScript (SPFx exposure is a plus).
