About the role
As the Director, Executive Recruitment, you'll lead the global function responsible for VP+ leadership appointments. You'll deliver an insight-led approach across executive leadership teams (ELTs), connecting executive recruitment closely to succession and leadership pipeline priorities. Leading a team and a global ecosystem of best-in-class partners, you’ll strengthen our executive recruitment capability, bring deep external market insight, and enable world-class leadership hires.
Please note: Relocation support is available for this role.

· Built executive search strategies across direct sourcing, proactive pipelines and external search partners.
· Advised executive leadership stakeholders on briefs, assessment and talent decisions.
· Managed and developed executive recruitment teams in a large global organisation.
· Established credibility with executive leadership teams through thoughtful counsel, strong communication and a pragmatic approach.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience across in-house executive recruitment and executive search firms.
· Connected executive hiring with succession planning, leadership pipelines or broader talent practices.
What you'll build
· Deliver critical VP+ appointments across multiple ELTs and geographies, balancing pace, quality, diversity and confidentiality.
· Strengthen proactive market mapping and executive talent intelligence.
· In partnership with Leadership development team, further develop leadership assessment.
· Integrate external hiring and internal succession as one leadership pipeline.
· Make clear choices about in-house capability and where external partners add value.
· Build a scalable executive hiring model that delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across markets, while ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring leaders and stakeholders.
If you've led executive recruitment teams and global searches across functions and markets, you'll feel at home here. Shaping critical searches, using market intelligence and assessment to influence decisions, and partnering effectively across the People organisation and ELTs will be key.
Life on the team
Global Executive Recruitment sits within Talent, Culture & Organisation (TC&O). Globally connected, the team works with trust, discretion and pace. You’ll lead, coach and develop three executive recruiters, bringing senior stakeholder influence, sound judgement, resilience and pragmatic problem-solving. The role offers exposure to enterprise leadership decisions and global executive talent markets, with real scope to shape and strengthen the capability.
What success looks like
You’ll skillfully operate across ELTs and geographies, delivering critical VP+ appointments of the highest calibre. Over the next 12-18 months, you’ll strengthen executive pipelines, market intelligence and leadership assessment, while building close partnerships with senior leaders, Talent Management, People Partners, Rewards, other relevant COEs, and selected executive search and assessment partners.
