Responsibilities The Director of Telemetry & Step-Down Services is an integral part of the system nursing leadership team with responsibility over the Medical Surgical Services departments at Community Regional Medical Center. Collaborates with ACNOs, Directors, and Managers of Telemetry & Step-Down at Community Regional Medical Center, Clovis Community Medical Center, and Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital.
