We are a frontier artificial-intelligence laboratory, still in stealth, established for a single purpose: to build an AI capable of original discovery — a system that does not merely retrieve and recombine what is already known, but reasons toward genuinely new understanding of the problems put to it. We hold that an instrument able to truly discover is among the most consequential technologies humanity will ever build, and we are building it.
Our system has already produced results beyond the reach of any human team.
'Others in this space have celebrities and slides, we have actual results'
To prove how far the instrument's power extends, we are assembling an inaugural cohort of research fellows — roughly one hundred scientists who will spend a year aiming it at the hardest unsolved problems in their fields.
A program of this scale has a hundred moving parts every single day. This role makes them move as one. You run everything from applications flowing to reviewers on time, decisions communicated cleanly, onboarding that works the first time, calendars, milestones, check-ins, documents, tools, and the thousand small handoffs between fellows, researchers, and leadership that either happen precisely or not at all. When the program runs like a symphony, that is your work — invisible, and everywhere.
We do not separate planning from execution, and we will not hand you a playbook. You design the operating rhythm, build the systems that keep it, and ship a program that a hundred exceptional people can rely on. You are the first of a team that will grow as the cohort does — the systems you build become the way this program runs.
The trait we weight above every other is not what you already know, but how fast you learn what no one can teach you.
The terms are plain: a full-time salaried appointment, hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area, with relocation support and visa sponsorship where needed. Top of market base salary plus meaningful early-stage equity to match the ambition. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k).
What we look for is range and proof: program or project-management experience; obsessive attention to detail and follow-through; fluency with the tools of coordination and the discipline to keep them clean; calm under a hundred simultaneous threads; the communication instincts to keep scientists, engineers, and leadership aligned without friction; and a record of complex programs that ran flawlessly because you were the one running them.
Experience in biology is a hard requirement.
