Dishwasher

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and responsible Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The role also involves assisting kitchen staff with general cleaning duties, organizing kitchen supplies, and ensuring that clean utensils and equipment are available for daily food service operations.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, attentive to cleanliness, and able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant, hotel, café, or catering environment. Previous experience is preferred, but freshers willing to learn may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and dry dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
  
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines safely and correctly.
  
• Wash delicate or oversized kitchen equipment manually when required.
  
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized before reuse.
  
• Remove food waste and separate dirty dishes before washing.
  
• Arrange clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in designated storage areas.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and kitchen work areas.
  
• Clean kitchen floors, walls, counters, shelves, and equipment as assigned.
  
• Assist with cleaning kitchen appliances and food preparation areas.
  
• Follow daily and scheduled deep-cleaning procedures.
  
  
  
  

Requirements


Educational Qualifications

• Basic education is preferred.
  
• Ability to understand and follow workplace instructions.
  
• Food safety or hygiene training is an advantage.
  
• Formal qualifications are not mandatory where the candidate can safely perform the required duties.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Steward, Kitchen Helper, or similar position is preferred.
  
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, or commercial kitchens is an advantage.
  
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
  
• UAE hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
