Driver Operations Supervisor

WEEL is a Dubai-based managed transport platform. We move staff for corporate clients across Dubai every day.

We are looking for a Driver Operations Supervisor to be on the ground with our drivers - training them, checking their paperwork, and being the person they come to when something goes wrong.

What you will do

• Spend most of your day in the field with drivers, not behind a desk
• Train new drivers on the driver app, trip acceptance, pickup procedure, and customer service standards
• Be the first point of contact for driver complaints and problems, and escalate what you cannot solve
• Collect and check driver documents (license, permit, visa, vehicle papers) and keep records current
• Bring inactive drivers back online and help fix attendance and punctuality problems
• Report daily to the Operations Manager on driver issues, attendance, and document status

What you need

• 2+ years supervising or coordinating drivers, riders, or field staff in the UAE - transport, delivery, limousine, or logistics
• Valid UAE light vehicle driving license
• Currently inside the UAE with a cancelled or visit visa, able to join quickly
• Fluent in Hindi, plus working English - you must be able to explain things clearly to drivers in their own language.
• Comfortable being outdoors and on the move all day, including early mornings
• Practical, calm under pressure, and firm when standards slip
