Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant – Off-Plan & Secondary

Role overview

Keys and Numbers Properties is expanding its Dubai brokerage team for off-plan, secondary sales, and leasing roles.

Agents may focus on residential sales or leasing, with experience in both markets welcome but not required.

Job type and compensation

• The role is full-time and pays AED 3,000–5,000 per month depending on experience, plus commission.
• Commission opportunities may reach 60% depending on the salary package, lead source, and agreed commission tier.
  
  

Core responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of buyers, investors, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines before recommending properties.
• Respond to enquiries, conduct meetings and viewings, negotiate offers, and progress transactions to completion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work toward activity and revenue targets.
• Build repeat business through reliable advice and professional service.
  
  

Off-plan responsibilities

• Understand developer offerings, launches, payment plans, and purchase processes.
• Explain numbers, costs, and risks clearly to investors and end users.
• Manage clients from initial enquiry through booking and transaction coordination.
  
  

Secondary sales and leasing

• Develop strong knowledge of selected communities.
• Secure genuine owner instructions and accurately priced listings.
• Manage viewings, negotiations, and coordination through transfer or tenancy completion.
  
  

Support and benefits

• The company provides personal branding, property content, telecalling, marketing, lead, CRM, administrative, and transaction support.
• Training covers project knowledge, community expertise, negotiation, and practical closing support.
• Employment visa, medical insurance, and leave are provided in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Require at least two years of Dubai real estate experience with successfully closed transactions.
• Require a demonstrable record in off-plan, secondary sales, or leasing.
• Require strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Require independent prospecting ability and professional, compliant client service.
• Require fluent English.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages are an advantage.
• A UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• An existing RERA broker card is an advantage.

• The work location is in person in Dubai.
