What You'll Do

Provide first-class customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and/or email
Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting
Represent an international brand with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with a supportive, multilingual team on-site in Lisbon

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (hybrid after training)
No previous experience required — training provided!
