We are a specialized recruitment agency hiring on behalf of Evolution Spain, part of a leading global provider of B2B live casino technology. We are looking for Dutch- or Flemish-speaking talents to host and present live online casino games from a professional studio in Madrid.
No previous experience as a presenter or in the gaming industry is required. You will receive comprehensive paid training before starting the role.
The Role:
As a Live Game Presenter, you will host online casino games in Dutch or Flemish for players joining remotely. You will present the games clearly, interact with players in an engaging and professional way, and create an enjoyable live experience in front of the camera.
You will work in a modern, studio-based environment with an international team and use English for internal communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Host and present live online casino games in Dutch or Flemish
- Explain game actions clearly and professionally
- Interact with players in a positive, engaging, and entertaining way
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience in front of the camera
- Maintain a professional appearance and confident on-camera presence
- Follow game procedures, presentation standards, and studio guidelines
- Work closely with an international studio and production team
- Use English for training and internal communication
- Maintain accuracy and concentration throughout live broadcasts
Requirements:

- Base salary: €1,513 gross per month

Work Schedule:
- 35 hours per week, with the option to increase to up to 40 hours
- Rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation
- Usually four to five working days per week

- Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Paid Training:
You will complete a comprehensive two-week paid training program covering:
- Game rules and procedures
- Presentation and communication techniques
- On-camera confidence
- Studio processes and professional standards
Training takes place Monday to Friday for approximately six hours per day.
Please note that a training payback agreement applies if an employee voluntarily leaves the company within the first six months. The exact terms will be provided before the contract is signed.
Relocation Support:
The relocation package includes:
- A flight or train ticket to Madrid
- 26 days of initial accommodation
- Support finding permanent accommodation
- A €1,500 relocation bonus
