We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to support customers with questions concerning their shipments. You will help resolve enquiries involving deliveries, delays, undelivered parcels, and lost shipments while providing a clear and reassuring customer experience.

This hybrid opportunity is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and includes a comprehensive relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in Dutch and English.
• Respond to enquiries regarding delivered, undelivered, delayed, or lost shipments.
• Check shipment information and provide customers with accurate status updates.
• Investigate delivery issues and identify appropriate solutions.
• Explain delivery processes, expected timelines, and available next steps.
• Escalate complex shipment cases to the appropriate operational teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Provide clear, professional, and customer-friendly communication.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Contribute to an efficient and collaborative logistics support operation.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in logistics, delivery operations, and shipment management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers during challenging situations.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools.
• Availability to work from the Sofia office one week per month.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• One week per month working from the office.
• On-site initial training.
• Operational schedule from Monday to Saturday.
