Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

Multichannel Engagement: Handling incoming client communications via phone, email, and live messaging with fluid professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
Complex Problem Resolution: Investigating and fixing detailed booking discrepancies and payment inquiries with patience and empathy.
Travel Expertise: Staying informed on international travel regulations and internal software tools to offer accurate, high-level guidance to clients.
Database Tracking: Documenting all client interactions thoroughly within the corporate CRM to maintain precise account histories.

Desired Qualifications & Profile

Language Capabilities:

Dutch: Fluent (C2-level) command to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
