Dutch-speaking Car Enthusiast for Customer Support role in Athens, Greece

What You'll Be Doing As part of the customer support team, you'll assist Dutch-speaking customers with a wide variety of enquiries, including: Providing support via phone and email Assisting customers with vehicle-related questions and product information Helping customers with order updates and service enquiries Supporting users with connected vehicle services and infotainment systems Investigating issues and finding effective solutions using internal tools and resources Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM systems Working closely with colleagues and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service in every interaction No two days are the same, and you'll continuously develop your knowledge of both customer service and the automotive industry. Fluent Dutch and excellent communication skills Good English language skills Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a customer-facing role is an advantage Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A positive, customer-focused attitude Interest in the automotive industry is a plus Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping people, learning new things, and embracing new experiences.
