Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be the friendly, professional voice representing our brand to our Japanese-speaking clients. Your core mission will be to:
Provide exceptional, empathetic customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve cases efficiently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team to share knowledge and enhance the overall client experience.
What You Bring to the Team:
Required:
Native-level fluency in Japanese and conversational English (B2 level).
A natural problem-solver with outstanding communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
Tech-savviness and a genuine willingness to learn new software and systems.
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
The excitement and adaptability to relocate to Greece starting September 2025.
