Your role

You’ll support the teams looking after investment clients, helping ensure onboarding, service requests and daily operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating operational and administrative tasks with internal teams and banking partners.
Handling client inquiries and supporting Investment Counsellors.
Working with Sales Representatives on onboarding and service processes.
Preparing reports and summaries for prospective client portfolios.

You’ll receive structured training and mentorship from your Team Leader to develop your knowledge and skills.

What you’ll bring

Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
A university degree or equivalent experience; Finance, Business or Economics is preferred.
Clear communication and a client-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
