Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer interactions. Document conversations and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Stay updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information and support to customers. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
