This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and hospitality, eager to provide outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries. Assist clients with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless experience. Provide information about travel destinations, accommodations, and available services, helping customers make informed decisions. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to locate solutions and enhance service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, travel policies, and company offerings. Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvements. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle sensitive situations and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
