Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to manufacturing products and services. Assist customers with order processing, product specifications, and delivery schedules. Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions that uphold customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues. Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging trust and loyalty to the company's brand. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. A proactive approach to customer service and a strong team player.
