This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and possess a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to clients and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist healthcare professionals and clients with inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services. Ensure accurate information is relayed regarding product availability, usage, and safety guidelines. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner to maintain client satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceuticals sector and stay updated on product offerings and regulations. Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of client issues. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A strong interest in the pharmaceuticals industry and a willingness to learn about various products.
