Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to transportation services. Assist customers with booking information, schedules, and general operational questions. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of transportation services to provide accurate information to customers. Document all customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and service improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to inform customers effectively. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sectors. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
