We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join TTEC Greece as part of their Customer Service Group (CSG). This on-site position offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic team environment in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English.
• Support customers as part of the Customer Service Group (CSG).
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout customer interactions.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Dutch proficiency.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, if currently living abroad.
• Ability to be in Athens 7 days before the starting date for hiring documentation when relocating from abroad.
• Commitment to work on-site for at least 3 months when relocating.
• Candidates who already have a house in Greece and a confirmed internet connection are exempt from the on-site commitment requirement.
