Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone calls, email and chat in a professional and efficient manner
Deliver outstanding service by understanding customer needs and resolving inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
Build lasting relationships of trust with customers through clear, open, and engaging communication
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and systems
Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling quotas and service standards
Accurately document all customer interactions, process account-related requests, and maintain proper records
Strictly adhere to communication guidelines, procedres, and policies especially when managing sensitive customer data
Fluency in
German
(C1 - C2)
Very good command of
English
(minimum B2 level)
Good MS Office skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and writing skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
