Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns. Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience. Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement. Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills. Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage with a new culture.
