Airline Contact Centre Agent – German Speaker Location: Malta (On-site) Start Date: 15 February 2026 Languages: German C2 + English C1 Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts) Salary: Month 1: €5.60/hour Month 2: €8.10/hour After probation: €8.50/hour After 12 months: €8.75/hour After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based) Additional Benefits: Performance bonus: €2,000/year (pro-rated quarterly, after 6 months) Language allowance: €250/month (after training) Relocation allowance: €2,000 (after 1 month of employment) Open to local candidates or candidates currently abroad
