Resolve queries and concerns with a friendly and professional approach. Guide customers in navigating our products and services, enhancing their gaming experience. Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain an outstanding level of service. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collect and share customer feedback to help shape better service experiences. Participate in engaging training sessions to boost both your product knowledge and service skills. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus! Previous experience in customer service or a similar environment is a plus. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
