Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with device setup, syncing, troubleshooting, and account-related enquiries. Help users understand Fitbit features, apps, and health tracking capabilities. Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems. Work closely with colleagues and technical teams to deliver fast and effective solutions.
