Responsibilities Provide high-quality frontline support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance their overall experience. Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting. Collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional service standards and improve customer experiences. Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and useful information to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
