Responsibilities Act as a primary consultant for Dutch-speaking clients, providing expert advice on our product range. Analyze client needs and propose customized product solutions that support their objectives. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product functionalities and advantages. Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance client interactions. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor products to provide timely insights to clients. Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions and promptly address any inquiries they may have. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within product advisory, sales, or customer service. Strong understanding of product solutions, services, and market trends in the digital sector. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address client challenges.
