As a remote support specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries and technical issues. Responsibilities Deliver excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers through various remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications. Provide clear guidance and walk customers through troubleshooting processes efficiently. Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases and record all interactions accurately in the support management system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly. Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and to assess satisfaction with the service received. Stay updated on product offerings and industry best practices to enhance your support capabilities. Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
