Provide technicalcustomer support via phone, email, and chat in DutchAssist users with product troubleshooting, technical questions, and account supportDeliver clear and professional communication while resolving issuesMaintain accurate records of interactions in internal systemsEnsure high service quality and customer satisfactionAdapt quickly to new tools, updates, and product featuresWhat We\ 're Looking For
C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)English B2 or higherStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a dynamic support environmentOpen to feedback and continuous improvementInterest in technical troubleshooting and digital servicesWork Schedule
Rotational shiftsMonday – Friday: 08:*******:00Saturday & Sunday: 08:*******:00Days Off: 2 rotational days per weekSalary & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 monthsPerformance Bonus: €135/month × 12 monthsAttendance Bonus: €120/month × 11 monthsMeal Allowance: €7.63/dayAdditional Benefits
