Key Responsibilities:

As a Dutch Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, motivating and developing your team while ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of customer service professionals
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring operational targets are achieved
• Providing coaching, feedback and ongoing development to team members
• Supporting the team in handling complex customer situations
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and quality
• Identifying opportunities for process and performance improvement
• Collaborating with other teams and management to ensure smooth operations
• Acting as a role model and creating a positive, collaborative team environment

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Strong command of English
• Previous experience in team management or a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Monday to Friday

• Base salary: €1,550 gross/month
• Language allowance: €150/month
• Performance bonus: up to €200/month
• Welcome bonus
