Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support our venue management team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the venue. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all areas, including gaming, cash handling, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for both patrons and team members. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily venue operations and support the management team Supervise, train, and support staff on shift Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly Ensure compliance with gaming and liquor licensing regulations Manage cash handling procedures and gaming operations Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patrons Assist in driving team performance and upholding company standards About You: Experience in a similar hospitality or duty management role Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of gaming and liquor compliance requirements Hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Passion for customer service and team leadership Seeking a long-term opportunity with stability and growth Why Join Us?
