Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are looking for a Early Childhood Education Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing’s Yi Zhuang district. This is a full-time position starting in August 2026. About the school The school is situated in the Yi zhuang district of Beijing and provides bilingual education. It combines the best aspects of Eastern and Western education philosophies. It offers a comprehensive education program from Early Childhood to Upper Secondary, catering to both local and expat children. The courses from Grades 1-9 are in accordance with the Chinese National Curriculum and prepare students for overseas universities. Job responsibilities Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will: Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-5 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study At least 2 years’ related teaching experience Experience in art teaching is preferred Excellent English communicative skills Teaching license Monthly Salary of 28,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications Housing allowance of 8,000 RMB Medical health insurance and Chinese Social Security Insurance Public holidays Fully paid Summer and Winter holidays Salary as the gratuity after completing two years’ contract Up to two children’s 100% tuition fee subsidy is provided Entry flight ticket is reimbursable, RMB10,000 middle contract flight allowance, RMB5,000 exit flight allowance.
