Job Summary: WinPlus is seeking recent top US university graduates for the Education Product Manager position at our US Office located in the heart of Harvard Square. Education Product Manager design and manage educational products that help students with US college admissions. They oversee the operations of educational products to ensure the delivery of great customer service to students and their parents/guardians. They also maintain and develop strong partnerships with other organizations to provide rich educational resources for student success. The ideal candidates should be highly professional and motivated with a proactive and positive attitude toward work and other members of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop international education programs that help students with college applications
- Oversee the operations of international education programs to ensure great customer service
- Explore new ways to continuously connect with families and present WinPlus’ new programs
- Develop partnerships with high school counseling offices and university/college admission offices to increase student exposure
- Forge partnerships with individuals and groups within academic institutions (universities/colleges, research institutions, etc.), local communities, and other types of organizations (businesses, NGOs, etc.) to provide high-quality resources for students’ academic and extracurricular activities
Qualifications
- Graduated from a US 4-year university
- 3-5 years of experience with international education services
- Experience of working in a cross-functional team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or ability to develop partnerships with organizations and strong negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin
Compensation: WinPlus offers a competitive compensation package ($50,000-$60,000 plus other benefits) and can also sponsor international employees for H1B Visas.
