◆Development of the operating speed and pinching mechanism for electric doors and sunroofs in vehicles with body control systems. Responsibilities include everything from theoretical studies to actual machine evaluation and analysis. In addition to the above, there is also software development work using MATLAB/Simulink. Because this work significantly impacts the convenience and safety of automobiles, you will be involved in vehicle development from a perspective closer to that of the end user.
◆Electric Powertrain Control You will be responsible for the development and evaluation of control systems for motors and inverters, which are powertrain components of electric vehicles. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong sense of challenge to help us expand the field of electric powertrain development and contribute to meeting the rapidly growing demand for electrification through our control technology.
Application requirements
- Required Conditions
- Educational background: Graduate of a Japanese technical college or higher, or a graduate of a prestigious overseas university (Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, Physics and Mathematics)
- Japanese language proficiency: Fluent everyday conversation (N1-N2 level: to be determined in the interview)
- Living in Japan: 2 years or more (Living in Japan = residing in Japan) *No follow-up is needed regarding living in Japan.
- Knowledge: Anyone with any of the following knowledge
- Electrical and electronic engineering (electrical circuits, motors, inverters)
- Control engineering (flowcharts, control algorithms)
- Experience: Any learning experience
- Experience in learning and practicing control design
- Experience learning and practicing MBD (MATLAB, Simulink)
- Personality: Highly motivated to grow, excellent communication skills, active, and desires long-term employment.
◎Preferably between 26 and 30 years old

- Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink is required.
