Electrical Project Engineer — FIFO

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to oversee site engineering, power infrastructure, and electrical project delivery across regional Western Australia.

Operating on a favorable 8:6 roster flying out of Perth, you will act as a key technical contact on site, leading day-to-day electrical tasks, driving project milestones, and ensuring compliance with site safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Engineering Leadership: Manage electrical project engineering deliverables across construction and operational sites in regional WA.
• Roster & Site Operations: Work an 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster (flights ex-Perth, accommodation, and camp facilities fully provided).
• Technical Oversight: Guide day-to-day site execution, priorities, and troubleshooting for electrical infrastructure.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations, industry standards, and WHS management systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between site management, client representatives, and engineering teams to drive project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in electrical project engineering within heavy industry, resources, or energy sectors.
• Licensing & Credentials:
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications and trade/electrical licences.
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Location Requirements: Must be based in Western Australia (or willing to relocate to Perth) to swing on a FIFO ex-Perth schedule.
