What You’ll Lead:

• Drive projects from pre‑con through closeout with full ownership
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies
• Work directly with GCs, owners, engineers, and field leadership
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality inspections that keep projects tight and clean
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
• Mentor field supervisors and keep the team aligned, motivated, and moving

What You Bring:

• 4+ years managing electrical scopes of $50M+ on ground‑up commercial or industrial builds
• Strong command of electrical systems, sequencing, and code
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
• A leadership style that builds trust, drives accountability, and elevates the team
• The ability to communicate clearly with clients, field teams, and executives
